She was here and she was gone, but I managed to snap a photo of her before she disappeared. Here’s Carlee.
Quinn is her chosen radio last name, and it’s brilliant beyond belief. Do comment if you don’t get it. I’ll gleefully explain it to you.
I started with this outtake of sorts (is it really an outtake if I take the photo between takes hoping to catch something different than the takes?) to highlight her right hand. The shadow of a butterfly stamp from her visit to Butterfly Gardens can still be seen.

See, Carlee came to Victoria from Ottawa to intern in radioland. I’m no talent scout, but I think she’s gonna go far. She has a very fun and animated range and character to her voice which, if she continues to hone in front of the mic, I believe she could wield like a voiceover cutlass of awesomeness.
Oh, and she also does a mean awkward T-Rex impersonation.
Please note: she posted that to the internet first.

Okay, okay. The serious shot I was leading up to. Thanks for visiting Victoria, Carlee. Kick ass in Ottawa, in radio, and in the world.
