These photos of the ice spiders’ beautiful creations, frost webs, were taken in the early morning hours this past weekend.
They could’ve been spun as a foreshadowing to the snow forecast today, or to serve as a warning to warm-blooded predators. Whatever the reason, I feel lucky to have captured this most exceptional of nature’s miracles.
