Yes, while we here on the West Wuss Coast were hunkered down after a weekend of snow and blisteringly cold wind, I’d bet a shiny nickel that any Albertans in town for the storm were out there in their t-shirts and shorts, sipping fancy drinks with those little umbrellas in them.

But, like many locals who grew up with snow as enough of a rarity that it’s an enjoyable novelty, we frolicked and played outside ’til we tuckered ourselves out.
