Jade, 19, has a number of tattoos, all symbolizing significant chapters of her young life.

She got her latest — this Zat, which happens to be my artwork — after being successfully hired to work on the air at The Zone @ 91-3.

She was headed to radio school, but was snagged to learn at the “School of Zone.”

As a longtime fan of the station, working there had been a goal of Jade’s for a while and, when she nailed it, she got this Zat.

I am, of course, tickled that it’s my artwork behind her ear (get it? ear? listening? radio? anyone? Bueller?), but I’m more tickled that, while this is actually the third time I’ve seen a piece of my artwork tattoo’d onto someone, this is the first I’m proud to point out.

See, the first two were Zone graphics, both of which ended up on . . . dude’s butts.

So, yeah . . . a lot less awkward talking about this one.

=)
