There’s surely a more technical name for it than a “whirlygig,” but I call it like I see it: whirly and, erm, giggity-like.
This whirlygig was the first of three kites flown on one string, anchored to the ground with an industrial-strength tent-peg this past weekend at Clover Point. They could be seen for miles away so, of course, being miles away and seeing ’em, I had to visit.
