The amazing aerial hoop performer, Marie-Ève Bisson, stretches before rehearsing her act the afternoon of the first Victoria performance.

Without full stage lighting, my photos of her in action didn’t really do her justice, but she was, at points, hanging on to the hoop, some 20′ above the ground, by only her arms, her hips, her neck, or her feet, with no safety line.

And this is why I work with cameras and computers. Much less risk of daily death.
