I was lucky enough to be the only photographer at Kaiser Chiefs’ first ever concert in Victoria.
They performed at li’l ol’ Distrikt Nightclub. A surreal situation, to be sure, as the band has been known to play in front of tens of thousands of fans in their native England.

I felt that I was able to capture a lot of very, very raw emotion from Ricky. He was always moving, and a very passionate performer.
